Service Description

8 session package of custom prenatal or postpartum training adjusted for your goals and level. Coach Beth is a NASM-CPT, Certified GGS - Pre & Postnatal Coach, and a retired midwife. (and a mom of 4). You will book your first session when you sign up and then schedule addition visits directly with your coach.
